Our Venue
Nestled in the heart of Surrey, in the picturesque Wood Street Village, you’ll find a charming bungalow with 6 acres of sprawling meadow gardens and woodland. This private venue is the perfect place to gather with family, friends, and loved ones to celebrate the start of a joyous lifelong partnership. Our lush meadows are the ideal setting for a relaxed wedding with a large guest list, the grounds being perfect for marquees and tepees. Our quintessential English country garden is a magical location we are sure you will fall in love with. It is a place you will cherish forever, along with your memories of your special day.
Exclusively yours for your wedding day, we hope you will enjoy these well-loved grounds. Take a romantic stroll along the babbling natural spring that runs across the property, which is coincidentally a lovely location for taking pictures to remember your big day.

Furniture and facilities
We have brought your cosy living room outdoors. Our furniture includes hay bales, Chesterfield sofas, rugs, and lamps. Picture your dream living room sprawled out beneath the stars. Raise a glass of bubbly by our large crackling fire pit while you sink into our plush sofas and soak in the ambiance of your biggest celebration to date.
Our other facilities also include a kids tent with bean bags and games, a bouncy castle, DJ, and a silent disco after 11pm. We also provide on-site toilets and parking for up to 30 cars.
On-request services
We want to make your special day as magical as it can possibly be. We offer some on-request services such as a licensed bar, a wedding planner, a wedding photographer, furniture hire for tables and chairs, and a Pick ‘n Mix stall.
Nature is at the heart of what we do
Our gardens are frequented by an abundance of wildlife, from deer, badgers, foxes, parquets, and red kites. These regular visitors to our natural meadow are a testament to the virility of the land on this location. It is therefore no surprise that we pride ourselves in the way we care for our meadow garden, and the wildlife that depends upon it.
We try to limit our impact on the environment. We make sure nothing goes to waste. Our beautiful hand-crafted tabletops are a testament to this; they are made from trees that were felled on the grounds.
